How to use
Clinical advice is an inclusive benefit of membership and can be used to request clinical advice from our specialists. For non-members, or members who require more than the inclusive allowance, advice is available by purchasing credits on a PAYG basis (no minimum purchase - 1 credit is required for each new request submission - i.e. one per conversation).
- Log in to your VTX account (you don't need a paid membership to use this service)
- Add a one line summary of your request as the subject
- Select one of our predefined clinical specialities
- Provide us with your patient details
- Upload clinical histories and associated lab results and images
- Submit your request and make sure you have advice credits on your account
- You'll receive an alert on your VTX dashboard and an optional email when one of our specialists has responded to your request
