welcome to our interactive specialist advice, for cases where you need additional support.

Improve your veterinary practice with VTX CPD's online clinical advice, offering real-time interactions with our veterinary specialists. Access expert guidance whenever you need it, enhancing patient care in your practice for owner and pet. Elevate your skills by working up cases under specialist guidance. Clinical advice is an inclusive member benefit, but non-members can also access it on a PAYG basis.

How to use

Clinical advice is an inclusive benefit of membership and can be used to request clinical advice from our specialists. For non-members, or members who require more than the inclusive allowance, advice is available by purchasing credits on a PAYG basis (no minimum purchase - 1 credit is required for each new request submission - i.e. one per conversation). 

  1. Log in to your VTX account (you don't need a paid membership to use this service)
  2. Add a one line summary of your request as the subject
  3. Select one of our predefined clinical specialities
  4. Provide us with your patient details
  5. Upload clinical histories and associated lab results and images
  6. Submit your request and make sure you have advice credits on your account
  7. You'll receive an alert on your VTX dashboard and an optional email when one of our specialists has responded to your request
